Based on the review about it getting stuck, I was sort of worried, but I wanted a solid tea infuser, and not one made in China (this one is made in Germany). I thought it got stuck for me once, but realized I was twisting the wrong way. Just be sure you twist the part without the chain counter-clockwise. It holds a good amount of tea, which is good because I like a little bit stronger tea than what is in standard bags. You will get some tea in the bottom of your cup, but it's very little, and I think hard to avoid with any infuser. It does take up a bit of space, so I end up filling my cup close to the brim while it steeps. As infusers go, it is relatively thick metal, so it will retain heat. After it's done I just wash it with cold water, and open it over the trash. Easy to clean, and ready to use again. There's a big one for kettles too, which I might get next.
