This is a nifty tool to create those hard sugar designs that make lovely looking desserts. This is a wonderful tool to have, but it doesn't come in too handy for your average whisking needs. If you want to buy this, you should probably learn the best ways to use it first.

Is this cool or what? Think of it as modern art for the kitchen. Better yet, it does a darn good job at whisking! The individual wires are topped with weighted balls that work at any angle and into corners to aerate and blend. The balls are made of plastic so they won't scratch non-stick surfaces.This ingenious whisk is just one of the high-quality Profi Plus tools WMF makes for every conceivable kitchen task. Instead of the customary wire loops, the whisk employs 12 weighted balls on straight, flexible wires to whip cream and egg whites, blend sauces, and emulsify salad dressings. Because they move independently and reach into pan corners and bowl bottoms, the balls significantly reduce whisking time and aerate better than a conventional whisk. They're coated in nonstick so they won't scratch pans and bowls. Contemporary European in style, the whisk can be rolled between the palms or whipped in the customary fashion. It's 14 inches long, made of 18/10 stainless steel, and is beautifully balanced, with a satin-finish, cylindrical handle and a heavy-duty hanging loop. Seamless construction ensures cleaning ease.
