Description of WMF CeraDur Profi Non-Stick Skillet, 11-Inch

WMF CeraDur Profi non-stick skillets feature a durable 18/10 Cromargan stainless steel exterior with TransTherm base for optimum heat distribution and retention; suitable for all cooktops. The interior has our special PTFE-free ceramic-based CeraDur coating which is heat resistant to 750-Degree Fahrenheit with excellent non-stick properties. These pans are ideal for searing meats or Bratwurst at high temperatures, and have an ergonomic handle for added comfort. Look for coordinating WMF glass lids for skillets. Made in Germany.
